The Pembroke Welsh Corgi is affectionate and companionable without being needy. They are one the world’s most popular herding breeds.
The Pembroke Welsh Corgi, while a “dwarf” dog – is considered a large dog in a small suit, and I find that so true. If bred well by a responsible and thoughtful breeder, the Corgi is able to master just about anything. Right now Dunkin is performing well in Obedience and Agility – going after his MACH (Master Agility Championship) and into Utility in Obedience. He’s a Grand Champion conformation dog. He’s also at the Masters level in Rally and trained in Herding. And he’s my best friend, the sweetest and most honest dog I’ve ever had in my life.
